We are always happy for retail customers to visit our nursery. There is an excellent range of plants available from heathers through to mature trees. Feel free to discuss your plans or type of planting you envisage with our knowledgeable staff. There are large gardens at the nursery where you can get some idea of how plants would develop with time.

If you can't make a personal visit, Douglas is busy during the winter evenings giving illustrated demonstrations on a wide range of horticultural topics to gardening clubs and various organisations throughout west and central Scotland - contact your local society for details or email the Heather Blether.

Scotplants regularly displays flowers and shrubs at various shows during the year. This award winning experience has been well received by our customers and we have plans to increase our involvement in such events in the future.

Our range is increasing and changing all the time, with our experience permitting us to select an exciting array of plant species especially suited to thriving in the West of Scotland climate.

(closed at weekends October until end of February)
